Angle-adjustable socket and spigot type key groove type scaffold steel pipe
The invention provides an angle-adjustable socket and spigot type key groove type scaffold steel pipe. The steel pipe is a cross rod or a horizontal inclined rod and further comprises a lock head, a connecting sheet, a socket and spigot basic piece and a connecting piece. The lock head is flat and is provided with a long groove in the middle, and through holes are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the lock head. One end of the connecting sheet is embedded in the long groove of the lock head and is provided with a second through hole corresponding to the through holes, and the other end of the connecting sheet is connected with the socket and spigot basic piece. The tail end of the socket and spigot basic piece is connected with the connecting piece. The first end of the socket and spigot basic piece comprises a conical groove in the shape with a narrow interior, a wide exterior, a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, and the conical groove is perpendicular to the connecting sheet. The connecting piece is connected with the through holes and the second through hole in a penetrating mode, and the cross rod or the horizontal inclined rod and the socket and spigot basic piece can move relative to each other with the connecting piece as a pivot. Both the length and the angle of the scaffold steel pipe can be adjusted, the angle adjusting movement range is wide, and length adjustment is flexible, easy and convenient. A steel pipe scaffold is high in overall stability, simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble, safe and reliable.
