The invention provides a novel colored steel plate encircling baffle. The novel colored steel plate encircling baffle comprises a framework and colored steel plates used for sealing the framework and processed through ribbing. The framework comprises a first transverse pipe, a second transverse pipe, a third transverse pipe, a fourth transverse pipe, a first longitudinal beam, a second longitudinal pipe, a third longitudinal pipe and a fourth longitudinal beam, the first transverse pipe, the fourth longitudinal beam, the fourth transverse pipe and the first longitudinal beam are sequentially connected to jointly form a rectangular area in an encircling mode, the second transverse pipe and the third transverse pipe are connected with the first longitudinal beam and the fourth longitudinal beam so that the rectangular area can be divided into a first area, a second area and a third area from top to bottom, and the second longitudinal pipe and the third longitudinal pipe are connected with the second transverse pipe and the third transverse pipe so that the second area can be divided into three same fourth areas from left to right; the colored steel plates include the first colored steel plates, the second colored steel plates and the third colored steel plates, the first area is covered with the three first colored steel plates, each fourth area is covered with the corresponding second colored steel plate, and the third area is covered with the three colored steel plates. The invention further provides a novel colored steel plate encircling baffle combination.
