An inflation channel is formed in the fixing part, penetrates through the fixing part and communicates with the inflation cavity of the warning part. The warning part capable of being inflated and expanded is adopted as the main body part of the warning pile, and based on the fact that the size of the warning part is small when the warning part is not inflated and expanded, installation and maintenance constructors can conveniently carry the surrounding warning device when riding a carrier with a small storage space such as a battery car or an electric bicycle, and the portability of the surrounding warning device is improved.
