Provided is an unburned material gradient type curing method. After an unburned material is poured into a mold, the mold is put in a curing box capable of regulating and controlling temperature and humidity, the unburned material is subjected to heat preservation for a period of time at different temperatures, the temperatures are gradually changed from low to high, heat preservation is conducted at each temperature, and finally the mechanical strength of the unburned porous material is greatly improved. The method is easy to operate, and the process is easy to improve.
