Fireproof material for high-voltage transformer substation
The invention discloses a fireproof material for a high-voltage transformer substation. The fireproof material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 15 parts of modified silica gel, 10 to 18 parts of phenol-formaldehyde resin, 30 to 40 parts of slag powder, 20 to 30 parts of black clay powder, 30 to 35 parts of building rubbish powder, 5 to 10 parts of cement, 3 to 5 parts of fiber, 4 to 5 parts of emulsifying agent, 5 to 6 parts of foaming agent, 30 to 50 parts of curing agent and appropriate water. A preparation method of the fireproof material comprises the steps of mixing, stirring and liquefying pyroligneous liquor and the silica gel to prepare modified silica gel; mixing and stirring the modified silica gel with the phenol-formaldehyde resin to prepare a foaming coupler; preparing the slag powder, the black clay powder and the building rubbish powder; mixing the slag powder, the black clay powder and the building rubbish powder with the foaming coupler, the cement, the fiber and the water to prepare thick aggregate; stirring the thick aggregate, the emulsifying agent, the foaming agent and the curing agent, and sending the mixture into a constant-temperature chamber to prepare a foam body material; carrying out extrusion forming on the foam body material, and putting the foam body material which is subjected to the extrusion forming into an aging chamber to prepare the fireproof material. The fireproof material for the high-voltage transformer substation, disclosed by the invention, is prepared by low-cost raw materials and has good fireproof performance.
