Assembled concrete-filled steel tubular column cap type tower crane foundation structure and construction method
The invention relates to an assembled concrete-filled steel tubular column cap type tower crane foundation structure and a construction method. The tower crane foundation structure is composed of four steel tubular columns and column supports. Each steel tubular column is formed by assembling a column cap to the top of the steel tubular column and assembling a plurality of prefabricated short tubular column bodies through connecting flanges, wherein the column cap is coaxial with the steel tubular column and is provided with an anti-shear anchor tenon and a tenon pit. The column cap structures at the tops and standard short tubular columns sections below the column cap structures are connected through the reinforced horizontal and vertical column supports. Bolts are arranged on the short tubular column caps and used for being connected with a tower crane base. Each short tubular column body is divided into a standard short tubular column section part, a bottom short tubular column part and the corresponding short tubular column cap on the top. The four steel tubular columns are anchored on cast-in-place piles respectively, and each steel tubular column and the corresponding cast-in-place pile are located on the same vertical axis, so that the stable concrete-filled steel tubular column cap type tower crane foundation structure is formed. The assembled concrete-filled steel tubular column cap type tower crane foundation structure can be transferred and used repeatedly and convenient to transport, and the cost is reduced.
