Steel lattice column type tower crane foundation
The invention discloses a steel latticed column type tower crane foundation which comprises a steel latticed column matrix which is formed by four steel latticed columns distributed in a rectangular shape; the number of the side plate assemblies is multiple, each side plate assembly comprises eight side plates, each side plate is provided with a first bolt and a second bolt, and each side plate is connected to the steel latticed column through the corresponding first bolt; the horizontal reinforcing components are horizontally connected to the two horizontally-distributed side plates in the same side plate assembly on each side and the corresponding steel latticed columns through first bolts, and are further connected to the corresponding side plates through second bolts; and the oblique reinforcing components are obliquely connected to the upper side plate and the lower side plate which are diagonally distributed in the two adjacent side plate assemblies on each side and the corresponding steel latticed columns through first bolts. The steel latticed column is simple in structure, convenient to operate and construct, low in cost, reliable in connection, capable of being recycled, energy-saving, environment-friendly, free of damage to the structural performance and the bearing performance of the steel latticed column and high in tower crane use safety.
本发明公开一种钢格构柱式塔吊基础,包括:钢格构柱矩阵,为四根呈矩形分布的钢格构柱;边板组件,为多道,每道边板组件包括八个边板,每个边板上设置有第一螺栓和第二螺栓,每个边板通过第一螺栓连接在钢格构柱上;水平向加固构件,通过第一螺栓水平连接每一侧的同一道边板组件中成水平分布的两个边板及相应的钢格构柱上,还通过第二螺栓连接在相应的边板上;斜向加固构件,通过第一螺栓斜向连接在每一侧的相邻两道边板组件中成对角线分布的上下两个边板及相应的钢格构柱上。本发明结构简单、操作方便、便于施工、成本低、连接可靠、能够循环再利用、节能环保,不破坏钢格构柱的结构性能和承载性能,塔吊使用的安全性高。
