The invention discloses a buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall with a square hole, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The shear wall has relatively high vertical rigidity and horizontal rigidity. A vertical channel steel concrete restraint element for the hole is adopted, so that the large square hole is relatively well restrained; and a premature failure caused by stress concentration is avoided.
