Integrated buckling-restrained shear wall adopting corrugated steel cover plate
The invention discloses an integrated buckling-restrained shear wall adopting a corrugated steel cover plate. The integrated buckling-restrained shear wall comprises an integrated wall plate, a hinged support, a fishplate and an edge frame. The integrated wallboard comprises a steel plate, a steel bar truss corrugated plate, an edge stiffening plate and filling concrete. The integrated wall plate is integrally formed by using a plate piece of the integrated wall plate as a concrete pouring permanent template. The wallboards are fixed on the frame main body frame through the hinged supports, the upper fishplates and the lower fishplates, and the workload of on-site bolt connection and welding of traditional wallboards is reduced. The wallboards are not connected with the frame columns, arrangement is flexible, and building holing is facilitated. The wave-shaped combined cover plate has strong buckling constraint capability on the steel plate, the surface layer is corrosion-resistant, and the shock resistance and durability of the structure are favorably improved. The structural performance of the wallboard is adjusted by changing the thickness of the edge stiffening plates and the thickness of the steel plates, modulus change of other prefabricated parts is avoided, and the integrated design concept is beneficial to modular and batch production and green assembly construction.
