The embodiment of the invention discloses a single-lock dual-control locking device for a public bike. The single-lock dual-control locking device comprises a fixing support and a single-lock dual-control structure arranged on the fixing support. Locks capable of moving up and down relative to the fixing support are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the fixing support. The locks are connected with locking rods. The single-lock dual-control structure comprises a steering wheel, a left shifting fork and a right shifting fork, wherein the left shifting fork and the right shifting fork are symmetric. The opposite portions of the vertical parts of the left and right symmetric shifting forks are each provided with one or more pairs of notches which are staggered up and down. The steering wheel is connected with the left and right symmetric shifting forks through the notches. The left and right symmetric shifting forks are located below the locking rods in the unlocked state so as to limit upward movement of the locks and the locking rods, and the locking rods of the bike are locked. The single-lock dual-control locking device for the public bike is reasonable in structure, the two locks are controlled by one steering wheel at the same time, and the locking reliability and security of the public bike are enhanced.
