The invention discloses a handling structure of a refrigerator carriage, allowing convenience for loading and unloading. The handling structure comprises a box. The box is provided with a goods access in one vertical end, and a rail extending vertically along the box is arranged inside the box. The handling structure also comprises container corresponding rails, and support rollers are arranged below containers; two rows of limiting roller mechanisms are arranged below each container and located on two sides of the corresponding rail; the handling structure also comprises sliding cylinder corresponding rails, all cylinder block ends of the sliding cylinders are located the end of the box far away from the goods access, piston rods of the sliding cylinders can extend out of the goods access, a piston rod end of each sliding cylinder is fixedly provided with a mounting plate, a positioning cylinder with a piston rod extending up is fixed on each mounting plate, a position rod is fixed to an end of a piston rod of each positioning cylinder, a guide sleeve for guiding one positioning rod is fixed to each mounting plate, and the lower portions of the containers are provided with positioning grooves corresponding to the positioning rods.
