The invention discloses an inner cylinder for a cement pre-heater; the inner cylinder for the cement pre-heater comprises a cylinder body; the inner wall of the cylinder body is provided with a buffer layer; the inner wall of the buffer layer is provided with arc-shaped ceramic hanging pieces, first connection blocks and second connection blocks, and the first connection blocks and the second connection blocks are used for connecting the ceramic hanging pieces; the top end and the bottom end of each ceramic hanging piece are symmetrically provided with two clamping buckles extending outwards, and the clamping buckles comprise horizontal basal plates; the two sides of each basal plate are provided with an upper side wall and a lower side wall extending in up and down opposite directions respectively; the upper side wall of the clamping buckle at the top end of each ceramic hanging piece and the lower side wall of the clamping buckle at the bottom end of each ceramic hanging piece are each provided with first screw holes; each second connection piece is provided with one row and two columns or two rows and two columns of bayonets corresponding to the clamping buckles; each first connection piece is provided with two second screw holes corresponding to the two first screw holes; when two ceramic hanging pieces are assembled, the clamping buckles are clamped into the bayonets, a gap between the clamping buckles and the front side wall of the ceramic hanging piece can be matched with and hold the first connection block, and the first screw holes align to the second screw holes. The preheater inner cylinder has high tightness.
