The embodiment of the invention discloses a steel inner cylinder mounting method. The steel inner cylinder mounting method comprises the following steps that a lifting device is arranged outside a steel inner cylinder, and an assembling welding platform and a support cutting platform are arranged on the device structure; the steel inner cylinder is subjected to segmented blanking in the height direction, and blanking is carried out in the circumferential direction; three steel plates formed by rolling are hoisted to the position of a bottom plate jig, and assembling and welding of vertical seams are completed; after the first section of steel inner cylinder is combined and welded, a first layer of lifting points are arranged, and a support is firmly welded; a hydraulic lifting device is used for lifting and separating a base; the next section is continuously assembled and mounted, the steel inner cylinder is lifted, and the steel inner cylinder is welded with the previous section in anopposite-opening mode; the lifting and assembling operation is repeated, and the third section and the fourth section are sequentially mounted in place; after welding is correct and qualified throughinspection, the whole steel inner cylinder falls onto a supporting platform; and the steps are repeated, the implementation cost is low, the construction efficiency is high, the safety risk is low, and the construction quality is obviously improved.
本发明实施例公开了一种钢内筒安装方法,包括以下步骤:在钢内筒外部设置提升装置,在装置结构上设置组装焊接平台和支座切割平台;将钢内筒在高度方向分段下料,在圆周方向分份下料;将卷制成型的三张钢板吊装到底板胎具位置,组对并完成立缝的焊接;在第1段钢内筒组合焊接完成后布置第一层提升点,焊接牢固支座;利用液压提升装置提升起离底座;继续组对安装下一段,将钢内筒提起,与上一段对口焊接;重复提升和组装操作,依次将第3段、第4段安装到位;焊接无误经检查合格后,将钢内筒整体落到支撑平台上;重复上述步骤,实施成本低,施工效率高,安全风险低,施工质量有明显提升。
