The invention discloses a rapid anti-corrosion repair mortar, a preparation method and an application thereof. The rapid anti-corrosion repair mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of a modified epoxy emulsion, 2-3 parts of a curing agent, 0.10-0.15 parts of an antifoaming agent, 20-25 parts of a sulphoaluminate high-early-strength cement, 80-90 parts of an ordinary portland cement, 150-200 parts of quartz sand, 0.01-0.05 parts of an early strength agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of a delayed coagulant, 0.1-0.3 parts of starch ether, and 5-10 parts of water. The rapid anti-corrosion repair mortar can effectively reduce the flexibility of the anti-corrosion repair mortar, enhances the resistivity of the mortar to basic cracks, enhances the integral durability of a mortar layer, can satisfy the water passing requirements of municipal sewage pipelines.
