The invention discloses anti-crack repair mortar and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack repair mortar comprises, by weight, 5-20% of low-carbon cement clinker, 5-20% of gypsum, 60-80% of blast furnace slag powder, and 0-3% of an additive, and further comprises quartz sand and drinking water, wherein the ratio of the quartz sand to the low-carbon cement clinker is 1-3, and the ratio of the drinking water to the low-carbon cement clinker is 0.25-0.5. Test results of the anti-crack repair mortar show that the anti-crack mortar has 3-hour breaking strength of more than 2.5 Mpa, 6-hour breaking strength of more than 3.0 Mpa, 1-day breaking strength of more than 4.0 MPa, 3-day breaking strength of more than 8.0 MPa, 7-day breaking strength of more than 10.0 MPa, 28-day breaking strength of more than 12.0 MPa and no negative shrinkage strain within 28 days, and has excellent anti-crack performance.
