HDPE plastic railway synthetic sleeper and processing technology
The invention relates to an HDPE plastic railway synthetic sleeper. For a long time, along with the felling ban of forest resource policy and wood shortage, new sleeper materials substituting wood sleepers have to be found out for railway construction. Appearance of the second generation reinforced concrete sleeper solves the problem of railway tracks and urban subway track sleepers in recent 100 years. A third generation plastic railway synthetic sleeper new material replacing the second generation arises. The HDPE plastic railway synthetic sleeper comprises the following components by percentage: 43-50% of HDPE100 grade plastic, 29-34% of alkali-free high strength glass fiber, 6-11% of polyester fiber, 0.16-4% of calcium carbonate, 0.3-6% of antimony trioxide, 0.4-4.6% of an AC defoaming agent, 0.25-2.3% of an ultraviolet stabilizer, 0.25-2.3% of an anticrease agent, and 0.25-4% of an oxidizing agent. The technology provided by the invention can be used for HDPE plastic railway synthetic sleepers.
