Lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete large prefabricated externally-hung wallboard, manufacturing method thereof and installing method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete large prefabricated externally-hung wallboard, a manufacturing method thereof and an installing method thereof. Reinforcing ribs are arranged in the wallboard, and the wallboard is a lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete wallboard or a mixed wallboard composed of a lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete layer and a concrete construction layer. The lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete layer serves as a solution mode for integrating heat preservation, the structure and decorating, the dead weight is small, and the structure, heat preservation and decorating are integrated; the scheme is suitable for the construction technology of the whole wallboard with the large single-piece area and applied to multi-storey and high-rise steel structures, multi-storey and high-rise prefabricated assembly-type concrete frame structures, prefabricated assembly-type concrete shear wall structures, prefabricated assembly-type concrete frame shear wall structures, externally-hung wallboards of other building structures and load-bearing wallboards of low-rise and multi-storey board-type structures. When the lightweight-aggregate cell-concrete large prefabricated externally-hung wallboard serves as an externally-hung board, the externally-hung wallboard can be directly hung to a main structure, and a keel does not need to be additionally arranged; when serving as a load-bearing wallboard, the externally-hung wallboard can be installed in a whole-piece mode, does not need partition construction and can be produced in a customized mode in a general prefabricated concrete member factory according to project requirements.
