Fabricated recycled aggregate lightweight concrete externally-hung wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated recycled aggregate lightweight concrete externally-hung wallboard, which is used for a steel structure box building and is prepared from the following raw auxiliary materials in parts by weight: 300 to 500 parts of cement, 50 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 200 to 300 parts of ceramsite, 200 to 400 parts of fine aggregate, 300 to 500 parts of coarse aggregate,200 to 400 parts of furnace slag, 8 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent and 160 to 190 parts of water. According to the fabricated recycled aggregate lightweight concrete externally-hung wallboard for the steel structure box building, a large amount of municipal construction waste recycled aggregate and thermal power plant waste slag is used, a large amount of municipal construction waste and industrial solid waste can be consumed; as the slag has many gaps and is light in weight, the thickness of the externally-hung wallboard is 100 to 200 mm, the maximum size of the length and the width is4000 mm, the volume weight of the concrete is 1600-1900 kg/m<3>, the strength is 30-36 MPa, the requirements of lightweight concrete are met, the strength meets the requirements of C30 strength gradeconcrete, and as an externally-hung wallboard, the self weight can be reduced, and the structural safety is improved.
