The present invention provides a wood-plastic flooring and a manufacturing method thereof. The wood-plastic flooring comprises a wood fiber composite matrix layer, a decoration layer, a wearing layer and an antimicrobial coating, wherein the decoration layer is disposed on the wood fiber composite matrix layer, the wearing layer is disposed on the decoration layer, the antimicrobial coating is coated on the wearing layer, the wood fiber composite matrix layer is manufactured through a rolling method, and materials of the wood fiber composite matrix layer comprise 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride powder, 8-9 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 5-6 parts by weight of silicone powder, 300-350 parts by weight of wood fiber powder and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the wood-plastic flooring and the manufacturing method thereof, problems that wooden floors are easy to swell after water absorption, crack and deform and that composite floors contain formaldehyde and pollute the environment are solved, and an antiseptic function is realized at the same time.
