A flooring material with improved water resistance, impact resistance, and dimensional stability is provided. One embodiment of the present invention is the flooring material including a composite veneer, wherein the composite veneer includes at least two veneers. The composite veneer includes: a first veneer; and a second veneer arranged in parallel with the first veneer in a direction parallel to an upper surface of the composite veneer.
