The rotary platform is arranged at the top of a chimney. The hanging brackets are arranged on the rotary platform. The guide rail is arranged on the outer wall of the chimney. Multiple elevators are fixed on the hanging basket platform and in the equal number with the hanging brackets. The elevators are connected with the hanging brackets via a steel wire rope. The hanging basket platform is divided into multiple sections which are hinged with each other for achieving relative rotation. A sliding sleeve is arranged on the hanging basket platform which slide along the guide rail through the sliding sleeve.
