Polyacrylic acid modified high-performance calcium silicate hydrate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses polyacrylic acid modified hydrated calcium silicate which is mainly prepared by reacting calcium oxide, nano silicon dioxide, deionized water and polyacrylic acid. The preparation method of the polyacrylic acid modified hydrated calcium silicate comprises the following steps: mixing the calcium oxide, the nano silicon dioxide and the polyacrylic acid in an inert atmosphere,uniformly stirring, sealing, standing, and carrying out vacuum suction filtration in the inert atmosphere to obtain a solid, namely the polyacrylic acid modified calcium silicate hydrate. The microstructure of the calcium silicate hydrate gel prepared by the method is changed greatly, the silicon chain polymerization degree of the calcium silicate hydrate is increased due to the doping of the polyacrylic acid, the mechanical property of micro-scale is improved remarkably, the preparation process is simple, and the calcium silicate hydrate gel has a great application prospect in the field of high-performance cement-based materials in the future.
本发明公开了一种聚丙烯酸改性的水化硅酸钙,其主要是由氧化钙、纳米二氧化硅、去离子水和聚丙烯酸反应制成。在惰性气氛中,将氧化钙、纳米二氧化硅和聚丙烯酸混合,搅拌均匀后密封,静置,结束后在惰性气氛中真空抽滤,所得固体即为所述聚丙烯酸改性的水化硅酸钙。本发明制备的水化硅酸钙凝胶的微结构发生重要改变,聚丙烯酸的掺入使得水化硅酸钙的硅链聚合度增加,微观尺度的力学性能显著提升,且制备工艺简单,未来在高性能水泥基材料领域具有较大的应用前景。
