Calcium silicate hydrate modified polysilazane composite coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hydrated calcium silicate modified polysilazane composite coating for protecting a concrete structure in a harsh environment and a preparation method of the hydrated calcium silicate modified polysilazane composite coating. The composite coating is prepared by taking hydrated calcium silicate modified polysilazane as a matrix in a manner of combining blending and chemical grafting. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out side chain amination modification on polysilazane by adopting an amino-containing silane coupling agent; then, the modified polysilazane and hydrated calcium silicate are blended in the presence of diisocyanate, and a composite coating material is prepared; finally, the surface of concrete is coated with the composite coating material, and the hydrated calcium silicate modified polysilazane concrete composite coating is obtained through curing treatment. The composite coating provided by the invention has both the flexibility of polysilazane and the rigidity of hydrated calcium silicate, and has natural compatibility with concrete. The invention provides a novel high-performance composite coating material for long-acting protection of a concrete structure.
本发明公开了一种用于严酷环境混凝土结构防护的水化硅酸钙改性聚硅氮烷复合涂层及制备方法。该复合涂层以水化硅酸钙改性的聚硅氮烷为基体,通过共混和化学接枝相结合的方式制备而成。首先,采用含氨基的硅烷偶联剂对聚硅氮烷进行侧链氨基化改性;然后,将改性聚硅氮烷与水化硅酸钙在二异氰酸酯存在条件下进行共混,制得复合涂层材料;最后,将复合涂层材料涂覆于混凝土表面,经固化处理得到水化硅酸钙改性聚硅氮烷混凝土复合涂层。本发明的复合涂层兼具聚硅氮烷的柔韧性和水化硅酸钙的刚性,与混凝土具有天然的相容性。本发明为混凝土结构的长效防护提供了一种新型高性能复合涂层材料。
