Coal gangue decarburization device
The invention relates to the technical field of decarburization devices, in particular to a coal gangue decarburization device. The coal gangue decarburization device comprises a first collection box,a first exhaust pipe, a first flow guide cover, a first decarburization barrel, a first air inlet pipe and a first material scattering device. The first flow guide cover comprises a first cover bodyand a first flow guide hole; the first decarburization barrel comprises a first pipe body, a second flow guide hole, a first cavity and a first flow guide body; and the first exhaust pipe and the first cover body are both communicated with the interior of the first collecting box. In the stacking or moving process of the to-be-decarburized coal gangue and the decarburized coal gangue in the spiralchannel, the section of the channel where the to-be-decarburized coal gangue and the decarburized coal gangue are located is decreased or increased, the passing speed of high-temperature gas is increased or decreased, turbulence is continuously generated, the contact time of the high-temperature gas and the to-be-decarburized coal gangue is prolonged, and decarburization efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及脱碳装置技术领域,尤其涉及了煤矸石脱碳装置。所述煤矸石脱碳装置,包括:收集箱一、排气管一、导流罩一、脱碳筒体一、进风管一、撒料装置一;所述导流罩一包括:罩体一、导流孔一;所述脱碳筒体一包括:管体一、导流孔二、腔体一、导流体一;所述排气管一、罩体一均与收集箱一内部相通连。本发明设置的螺旋形通道内的待脱碳的煤矸石与已脱碳的煤矸石的堆积或移动过程中,在其所在处通道截面减小或增大,高温气体经过时速度增大或减小,不断的产生紊流,增加了高温气体与待脱碳的煤矸石接触时间,提高了脱碳效率。
