The invention discloses a silicate concrete corrosion resistance additive which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of rice hull ash, 20-30 parts of volcanic ash, 5-8 parts of tetramethoxysilane, 5-8 parts of a functional nano material, 5-8 parts of 3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate, 3-5 parts of itaconic acid, 20-30 parts of calciumsulfate, 5-10 parts of polycarboxylate and 3-5 parts of a composite water reducing agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the silicate concrete corrosion resistance additive. The corrosion resistance additive prepared by the method can effectively improve the corrosion effect of silicate concrete on acid, alkali and solvent and can prolong the service life of silicate concretein acid, alkali and other severe environments.
