Sodium silicate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses sodium silicate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The sodium silicate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 160 to 180 parts of water glass, 60 to 80 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 70 to 90 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 200 to 260 parts of quartz powder, 5 to 9 parts of quartz sand, 2.8 to 4.2 parts of quartzite, 30 to 40 parts of chloroprene rubber, 5 to 10 parts of synthetic resin, 5 to 8 parts of a water reducing agent, 3.2 to 4.6 parts of a synergist and 60 to 70 parts of water. According to the present invention, the design is novel, the CTF synergist, the LBD synergist and the water reducing agent are added to the concrete so that the inorganic insoluble particles in the concrete can be well dispersed, the synthetic resin can increase the viscosity of the stirred material and ensure the corrosion resistance of the concrete after the solidification, and the added chloroprene rubber belongs to the synthetic rubber compound, and has the high bonding strength; and the concrete has elastic compounding capability, so that the shock absorption performance of the concrete can be effectively improved.
