The invention provides a foam concrete thermal insulation board comprising a common concrete layer, a foam concrete layer and a common concrete layer which are arranged in sequence, the foam concretelayer is prepared from the following components: cement mortar, ceramsite, glass fiber, diatomite, a foaming agent, a plasticizer, a polymer emulsion, cellulose, an inorganic salt, sodium lignin sulfonate and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a common concrete slurry and a foam concrete slurry; and pouring the common concrete slurry, the foam concrete slurry and the common concrete slurry layer by layer, and curing for 3-5 to obtain a finished product. Ceramsite, glass fiber and diatomite are added into the foam concrete, and the compressive strength of foam concrete is improved by improving the density of the foam concrete. The prepared thermal insulation board has excellent mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties.
本发明提供了一种泡沫混凝土保温板，包括有依次排列的普通混凝土层、泡沫混凝土层和普通混凝土层；泡沫混凝土层由以下组分制成：水泥砂浆、陶粒、玻璃纤维、硅藻土、发泡剂、增塑剂、聚合物乳液、纤维素、无机盐、木质素磺酸钠和水。其制备方法是先分别制备普通混凝土浆料和泡沫混凝土浆料；再逐层浇筑普通混凝土浆料、泡沫混凝土浆料和普通混凝土浆料，养护3‑5，即得。本发明在泡沫混凝土中添加陶粒、玻璃纤维和硅藻土，通过改善泡沫混凝土自身的密度来提高其抗压强度。所制得的保温板具有优异的力学性能和保温隔热性能。
