Waste concrete recycled foam cement insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a waste concrete recycled foam cement insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The insulation board is prepared from, by weight, 20-40 parts of a gel material, 10-20parts of recycled micro-powder, 40-70 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 0.5-1 part of a fiber reinforced material and 1-5 parts of a foaming stable dispersing agent. The preparation method of the foamcement insulation board comprises the following steps: 1, preparing the components in parts by weight, adding the gel material, the regenerated micro-powder, the regenerated fine aggregate, the fiberreinforced material and the foaming stable dispersing agent into a powder stirrer, and performing uniform mixing; and 2, adding 90-120 parts of hot water of 40-60 DEG C into the mixed powder, stirring to form a slurry, adding 10-18 parts of a foaming agent, stirring for 5-60 s, immediately pouring the obtained mixture into a mold, foaming the mixture, keeping the temperature of 40-80 DEG C in a greenhouse for 20-60 min to achieve curing and molding, and demolding. The solid waste is utilized, and the insulation board is a green building material.
本发明公开了一种废弃混凝土再生发泡水泥保温板及制备方法,该保温板由以下重量份数的各组分组成:凝胶材料20‑40份,再生微粉10‑20份,再生细骨料40‑70份,纤维增强材料0.5‑1份,发泡稳定分散剂1‑5份。上述发泡水泥保温板的制备方法,步骤如下:1、按上述各组分的重量份数备料,在粉料搅拌机中加入凝胶材料、再生微粉、再生细骨料、纤维增强材料、发泡稳定分散剂混合均匀;2、在混合粉体中加入40‑60℃的热水90‑120份搅拌成浆料,加入发泡剂10‑18份,搅拌5‑60s,立即倒入模具中发泡,用暖房40‑80℃保温20‑60min固化成型,然后脱模。本发明的优点在于利用固废,是一种绿色建材。
