Ultrafine cement is taken as the main component of the leaking stoppage material, basalt fibers are added into the ultrafine cement; basalt fibers can form a three dimensional network structure in the matrix; a part of nano SiO2 powder and nano calcium silicate powder can adhere on the surface of basalt fibers; a part of nano SiO2 powder and nano calcium silicate powder is dispersed in the three dimensional network structure formed by thebasalt fibers; the strength of the leaking stoppage material is enhanced; moreover, the anti-cracking performance and anti-rust performance of the leaking stoppage material are strengthened, the permeability and waterproof performance of the leaking stoppage material are improved, and the density and strength of the cured matrix are both enhanced.
本发明公开了一种玄武岩堵漏加固材料及其制备方法,涉及注浆堵漏技术领域,以重量份数计包括以下组份:超细水泥50‑60份,玄武岩纤维10‑20份,液体硬化剂5‑10份,纳米级SiO2粉末5‑10份,纳米级硅酸钙粉末1‑5份,生石灰1‑3份,正硅酸乙酯1‑3份和水10‑20份。在本发明中,以超细水泥作为堵漏材料的主要组份,在超细水泥中加入玄武岩纤维,玄武岩纤维在基体中形成三维网状结构,组份中的纳米级的SiO2粉末和硅酸钙粉末,一部分附着在玄武岩纤维的表面,一部分分散在玄武岩纤维形成的三维网状结构中,增强堵漏材料的强度,并且增加堵漏材料的抗裂性和抗锈蚀性,并且还提堵漏剂的渗透性、防水性以及凝固后基体的密实度、强度。
