The invention discloses a leaking stoppage material and a preparation method thereof. The leaking stoppage material comprises: base slurry formed by mixing cement and water; and a leaking stoppage agent which comprises at least one of aluminum oxide clinker, zinc fluosilicate, aluminum sulfate, sodium silicate, quick lime, metakaolin, ferric chloride, quartz sand and a water reducing agent which account for different preset percentages of the weight of the base slurry according to different leakage rates. According to the leaking stoppage material, the preparation cost of the leaking stoppagematerial is effectively reduced by adopting ordinary Portland cement, the leaking stoppage material can be prepared on site, and the effects of rapidness, high efficiency, low price and practicabilityare achieved.
本发明公开了一种堵漏材料及其制备方法,其中堵漏材料包括:水泥和水混合而成的基浆液;堵漏剂,包括根据不同漏速占基浆液的重量的不同预设百分比的氧铝熟料、氟硅酸锌、硫酸铝、硅酸钠、生石灰、偏高岭土、氯化铁、石英砂和减水剂中的至少一种。本发明的堵漏材料通过采用普通的硅酸盐水泥有效地降低了堵漏材料的制备成本,而且可以在现场制备,达到了快速高效、廉价实用的效果。
