The high performance aggregate bonding agent comprises following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of low-contraction anti-cracking cement, 3.5 to 9 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a viscosity modifier, 0.5 to 1 part of a polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer, 15 to 20 parts of ultrafine silica fume, 0.5 to 1 part of a retarder, 0.5 to 1 part of an activator, 15 to 20 parts of waterproof latex powder, and 0 to 3 parts of pigments. The aggregate bonding agent is used to bond different aggregates, can be used to prepare water permeable concrete, and is capable of improving the integral performance of the water permeable concrete.
