The invention provides a thermal insulation material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 19-25 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 22-38 parts of glass fiber filaments, 10-20 parts of silicon micro-powder, 2-5 parts of aerogel, 5-12 parts of an epoxy resin, 3-9 parts of liquid paraffin, 5-15 parts of expanded perlite powder, 4-9 parts of calcined kaolin, 1-4 parts of calcium sulfate, 2-4 parts of talcum powder, 2-3 parts of vinyltriamine, and 2-4 parts of emery. According to the invention, the organic material and the inorganic material are adopted as raw materials, the formula is reasonable, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the preparation method is simple, and the prepared thermal insulation material is non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, good in thermal insulation effect and simple in construction process; and through cross-linking of the glass fiber filament and the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the good heat insulation environment is provided.
本发明提供了一种隔热保温材料,由以下重量百分数的各原料组成:苯丙乳液19‑25份;玻璃纤维丝22‑38份;硅微粉10‑20份;气凝胶2‑5份;环氧树脂5‑12份;液态石蜡3‑9份;膨胀珍珠岩粉5‑15份;煅烧高岭土4‑9份;硫酸钙1‑4份;滑石粉2‑4份;乙烯基三胺2‑3份;刚砂2‑4份。本发明采用有机材料和无机材料作为原料,配方合理,且原料均易获得,成本较低,制备方法简单,制备出来的保温材料无毒无味,绿色环保,隔热效果好,施工工艺简单;通过玻璃纤维丝和苯丙乳液交联,提供了良好的隔热环境。
