Production process of tubular pile
The invention discloses a production process of a tubular pile. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, proportioning of raw materials; S2, manufacturing of a reinforcement cage; S3,pouring; S4, centrifugal maintenance; S5, steam curing; S6, high-pressure steam curing; and S7, cooling and demolding. The production process overcome the following defects in the prior art: equipment used in an original production process cannot be used in a new production process, which consequently leads to high implementation cost of the new process, and small and micro businesses or large-scale old factories are unwilling to pursuit for innovation, so consequently, the new process cannot be implemented; and a tubular pile is insufficient in stability and hardness, so the service life ofthe tubular pile is not long enough, which causes safety accidents. According to the production process of the tubular pile, production line equipment in the prior art is used for implementation of anew process; and by adding auxiliary materials, the service life of the reinforcement cage is prolonged, so the service life of the whole pipe pile is prolonged. The tubular pile is higher in hardnessand better in combinability, and can be used in places with high soil and water corrosivity in coastal areas.
本发明公开了一种管桩的生产工艺方法,S1、原料配比;S2、钢筋笼制造;S3、浇筑;S4、离心养护;S5、蒸汽养护;S6、高压蒸养;S7、降温脱模。解决了现有技术中,新的生产工艺无法使用原来生产工艺所使用设备,导致新工艺落实成本高,对于小微企业,或者规模大的老厂,不愿意革新,导致新的工艺无法落实的缺陷;以及现有技术中的管桩稳定性不足,以及硬度不够,容易导致管桩使用寿命不足,导致发生安全事故的缺陷。该管桩的生产工艺方法,利用现有技术的生产线设备满足新工艺的实施;通过增加辅料,提高了钢筋笼的使用寿命,进而延长整个管桩的使用寿命。该管桩的硬度更强,结合性更好,能够在沿海地区土壤和水的腐蚀性很强的地方使用。
