The invention discloses secondary normal-pressure steam-cured pipe pile concrete and a pipe pile production process. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 1320 to 1450 parts of gravel, 650 to 780 parts of sand, 360 to 480 parts of cement, 60 to 100 parts of microbead powder, 30 to 100 parts of water and 10 to 16 parts of a water reducing agent. The tubular pile is hoisted to a steam curing pool for first-time normal-pressure steam curing after centrifugal dewatering forming, demolding is conducted after first-time normal-pressure steam curing is conducted, and then the tubular pile is hoisted to the steam curing pool for second-time normal-pressure steam curing after demolding is conducted. According to the invention, the microsphere powder and the water reducing agent are doped, and a secondary normal-pressure steam curing process is improved in combination with concrete optimization design, so that high-pressure curing after demolding in a conventional process can be avoided, energy consumption can be reduced, equipment cost can be reduced, and safety accidents during production can also be reduced.
