Low-shrinkage steam-curing-free self-compacting C140UHPC and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-shrinkage steam-curing-free self-compacting C140UHPC and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The low-shrinkage steam-curing-free self-compacting C140UHPC is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, silica fume, an active admixture, quartz powder, quartz sand, fibers, water and a superplasticizer. Theactive admixture is used for replacing part of cement, the use amount of the cementing material in the concrete is reduced and self shrinkage and dry shrinkage of the concrete can be reduced. The active admixtures with different particle sizes can be used for replacing aggregates and optimizing the aggregate gradation so that the shrinkage of the concrete is reduced, the consumption of cement isreduced and the environmental pollution can be reduced. The renewable resources such as glass powder, ceramic powder and rubber powder can be used for replacing non-renewable resources such as quartzsand so that the resources are saved. The preparation process is simple and the high-performance concrete which is environment-friendly, good in working performance, good in mechanical property, low in shrinkage and the like can be prepared.
