Ceramic anode protection ring and preparation method thereof
The intention relates to a ceramic anode protection ring and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, aluminum ash and fly ash serve as main raw materials, and the Al2O3 ceramic anode protection ring is prepared through the steps of aluminum ash pretreatment, grinding, mixing, compression molding, sintering and the like, so that the maximum solid waste utilization rate of the aluminum ash and the fly ash reaches 70%; the utilization rate of industrial waste is increased, energy and traditional ceramic raw materials can be saved in production, and the production cost is reduced. After the prepared Al2O3 ceramic anode protection ring is used, a steel claw can be well protected, molten aluminum is prevented from being polluted by erosion of the steel claw, and the pole changingperiod is prolonged by about 2 days.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷阳极保护环及其制备方法,所述方法以铝灰和粉煤灰为主要原料,经过铝灰预处理、磨料、混料、模压成型和烧结等步骤制备AlO陶瓷阳极保护环,使得铝灰和粉煤灰的固废利用率最大达到70%,既提高了工业废弃物的利用率,又能在生产中节约能源与传统陶瓷原料,降低了生产成本。所制备的AlO陶瓷阳极保护环使用后对钢爪能起到很好的保护作用,使铝液免受钢爪侵蚀带来的污染,并使换极周期延长了2天左右。
