Ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the turbine outer ring comprises the following steps of: weaving a fiber preform from carbon-containing fibers as a raw material by adopting a 2.5-dimensional weaving method; preparing a turbine outer ring mold by taking graphite as a raw material; putting the fiber preform into the mold, and sequentially depositing a boron nitride interface layer and a silicon carbide matrix by adopting a chemical vapor deposition method to obtain a ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring blank; and machining the ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring blank to obtain a finished ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring, and depositing silicon carbide ceramic on the surface of the finished ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring to obtain a finished ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring. The ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring can effectively solve the problem that an existing turbine outer ring is weak in interlayer bonding strength.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环及其制备方法,该涡轮外环的制备方法为:以含碳纤维为原材料,采用2.5维编织方法进行纤维预制体的编织;以石墨为原材料,制备涡轮外环模具;将纤维预制体放入模具中,采用化学气相沉积法依次沉积氮化硼界面层和碳化硅基体,制得陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环坯料;对陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环坯料进行机械加工,得陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环半成品,然后在陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环半成品表面沉积碳化硅陶瓷,制得陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环成品。该陶瓷基复合材料涡轮外环可有效解决现有的涡轮外环存在的层间结合强度弱的问题。
