Manufacturing technology of multicolor zirconia bracket
The invention discloses a manufacturing technology of a multicolor zirconia bracket. The technology comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a powder: taking zirconia as a raw material, and grinding the zirconia into particles with the diameter of 600 +/- 20 nm; (2) mixing: mixing the zirconia particles with toned metal oxide to obtain a mixed powder; (3) sanding and drying: sanding the mixedpowder into particles with the diameter of 60-600 nm, and drying the particles; (4) internally mixing: adding PE and PP into the mixed powder, and performing internal mixing to obtain blocky irregularsolid particles; (5) performing injection molding: adding the irregular solid particles into an injection molding machine, and performing injection molding to obtain a bracket; and (6) sintering thebracket. The zirconia is used as the raw material, and is respectively mixed with erbium oxide, cobalt oxide, magnesium oxide, praseodymium oxide and the like, and the obtained mixture is sanded, internally mixed and sintered to form brackets with various colors, so that a user can individually select the color of the bracket, and the multicolor zirconia bracket has the advantages of good aesthetic appearance, high strength, good compactness and low possibility of falling off.
