Laser repairing method for repairing cracks of ultrahigh temperature ceramic coating on C/C composite material
The invention relates to a laser repairing method for repairing the cracks of an ultrahigh temperature ceramic coating on a C/C composite material. At first, the cracks on the surface of a SiC-ZrC-Al2O3 coating are preprocessed; and then a laser cladding technology is adopted to effectively fill the cracks by an Al2O3/ZrO2 dual oxide eutectic ceramic coating so as to repair the cracks. The laser cladding method is used to prepare the Al2O3/ZrO2 dual oxide eutectic ceramic coating locally, and has the advantages that (1) the cracks in the original coating can be fulfilled effectively, the service life of a sample is prolonged, and the disastrous complete failure is avoided; and (2) the eutectic ceramic coating generated by a laser direction solidification technology has an excellent anti-oxidation performance and excellent high temperature mechanical properties, and well protects a C/C composite material. Compared with other repairing method, the technology has the advantages of simpleoperation, rapid processing, precise control, few required materials, and low cost, and is accord with the green and energy saving trends.
本发明涉及一种C/C复合材料超高温陶瓷涂层裂纹处的激光修复方法,首先对SiC‑ZrC‑AlO涂层表面裂纹预处理,然后采用激光熔覆技术,使AlO/ZrO二元氧化物共晶陶瓷涂层有效填充裂纹,达到修复效果。采用激光熔覆法局部制备AlO/ZrO二元共晶陶瓷涂层,一方面能够有效填充原涂层表面裂纹,延长试样使用寿命,避免灾难性整体失效现象的发生;另一方面,通过激光定向凝固技术生成的共晶陶瓷涂层具备优异的高温力学性能与抗氧化性能,对C/C复合材料起到良好的防护效果。相较于其他修复方法,该工艺操作简单、加工迅速、控制精准,且所需材料少、成本低,符合绿色节能理念。
