The invention discloses a composite ceramic repairing material for an industrial pump and a preparation method of the composite ceramic repairing material, and the composite ceramic repairing material comprises the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 2-5 parts of glue-free carbon fiber powder; 35-55 parts of zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide; 10 to 25 parts of boron carbide; 10-20 parts of a toughening agent modified epoxy resin; 3-6 parts of a curing agent; 0.1 to 1 part of fumed silica; 0.1 to 1 part of a curing accelerator; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding fumed silica into toughening agent modified epoxy resin, stirring in vacuum, and adding non-gel carbon fiber powder, zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide and boron carbide; and finally, adding the curing agent and the curing accelerator into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-viscosity repairing material. The composite ceramic repairing material prepared by the method provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the toughness and wear resistance of the repaired composite ceramic, and prevents particles from being crushed due to impact.
本发明公开了一种工业泵用复合陶瓷修补料及其制备方法,该复合陶瓷修补料,各原料的重量按100份计为:2~5份的无胶碳纤维粉;35~55份的氧化锆增韧氧化铝;10~25份的碳化硼;10~20份的增韧剂改性环氧树脂;3~6份的固化剂;0.1~1份的气相二氧化硅;0.1~1份的固化促进剂;该制备方法为:将气相二氧化硅加入增韧剂改性环氧树脂中,真空搅拌后,加入无胶碳纤维粉、氧化锆增韧氧化铝和碳化硼;最后再将固化剂和固化促进剂加入混料中混合均匀,得到高粘度修补料。本发明的方法制备的复合陶瓷修补料,有利于改善修补后复合陶瓷的韧性和耐磨性,避免颗粒受冲击发生破碎。
