The invention discloses a method for processing an irregular waveform pavement template of a test field. The method comprises the steps that a segmented data model is built for an irregular pavement waveform curve provided by a user or design by utilizing a BIM technology; data of the segmented data model is input into a numerical control plasma cutting machine, the numerical control plasma cutting machine cuts each segment of waveform side mold, advancing direction and serial number marks are made on each cut segment of waveform side mold in sequence, and then subsequent splicing and waveformpavement construction are conducted according to the advancing direction. According to the invention, a building information modeling (BIM technology) and the numerical control plasma cutting machineare adopted to efficiently and accurately process the irregular waveform template; construction requirements of the irregular waveform pavement are met, and the processed irregular waveform pavementtemplate is used as a reference for concrete pavement pouring and leveling to construct irregular waveform pavements such as irregular fluctuating roads, asphalt bad roads and steering force evaluation roads of the test field.
本发明公开了一种试车场不规则波形路面模板的加工方法,利用BIM技术对用户或设计提供的不规则路面波形曲线制作分段数据模型,将分段数据模型的数据输入数控等离子切割机,数控等离子切割机进行每段波形侧模的切割,切割好的每段波形侧模上均按顺序做好行进方向和序号标记,然后按行进方向进行后续拼接和波形路面施工。本发明采用建筑信息化模型(BIM技术)、数控等离子切割机进行不规则波形模板的高效、准确地加工,满足不规则波形路面施工要求,加工的不规则波形路面模板作为混凝土路面浇筑找平的基准来施工试车场不规则起伏路、沥青恶路、操舵力评价路等不规则波形路面。
