An inner layer structure of the runway is adopted, so the plastic runway has strong environmental protection property, heat can be isolated in hot weather, the sun-screening performance is strong, and water can be quickly evaporated in cloudy and rainy days, so the waterproof performance of the plastic runway is greatly improved, thereby the service life of the runway is prolonged; a damping assembly, the runway and the concrete layer are matched, so the runway has elasticity in the use process, and damping of force borne by the bottom of the runway is achieved, thereby the probability of hand injury of a user is reduced, and the treading feeling is prompted; and a sand settling assembly, the foundation andthe foundation pit cooperate, water and gravel on the runway can flow towards two sides, and the gravel can be retained and cleaned through a sand settling pond, so the situation that the water immerses the runway for a too long time is avoided.
