Environment-friendly prefabricated plastic runway
The invention discloses an environment-friendly prefabricated plastic runway. The prefabricated plastic runway comprises a cement base layer, a self-textured surface layer, a buffer absorption layer,a bottom coat and a bonding layer, and further comprises a rebound layer, wherein the rebound layer comprises 100 to 200 parts of cork particles, 100 to 200 parts of natural rubber particles, 10 to 20parts of fine sand particles, 70 to 110 parts of water-based glue, 2 to 7 parts of zinc oxide particles, 2 to 3 parts of white carbon black, 3 to 5 parts of calcium chloride, 3 to 5 parts of sulfur and 10 to 15 parts of polypropylene fibers; and the cement base layer is located at the bottommost part, the bottom coat is arranged above the cement base layer, the bonding layer is arranged above thebottom coat, the buffer layer is arranged above the bonding layer, the rebound layer is arranged above the buffer layer, and the self-textured surface layer is arranged above the rebound layer. Compared with a runway made of single rubber blocks, the prefabricated plastic runway of the invention is not prone to aging, and has a longer service life.
