Basalt fiber concrete composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention provides a basalt fiber concrete composite beam which comprises concrete bridge piers and a composite beam body fixed above the adjacent concrete bridge piers. The composite beam body comprises a concrete precast slab pouring layer, an asphalt basalt pouring layer on the concrete precast slab pouring layer, a butted composite beam expansion joint and asphalt basalt filled above the composite beam. According to the invention, the asphalt basalt slurry is poured above the concrete precast slab and in the expansion joint, and the pressure-resistant composite beam is formed after solidification, so that the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the pavement are improved, and the effect of maintaining the pavement is achieved.
本发明提供一种玄武岩纤维混凝土组合梁,包括混凝土桥墩以及固定在相邻混凝土桥墩上方的组合梁本体,组合梁本体包括混凝土预制板浇筑层以及混凝土预制板浇筑层上的沥青玄武岩浇筑层,对接的组合梁伸缩缝以及组合梁上方填充沥青玄武岩。本发明通过在混凝土预制板上方以及伸缩缝内均浇筑沥青玄武岩浆液,凝固后形成抗压性组合梁,提高路面的抗压性、抗腐蚀性,起到保养路面的作用。
