A construction method of a settlement joint water seepage prevention system between a frame bridge and a retaining wall comprises the following steps: constructing a frame bridge wall body and a bladeangle wall repairing wall body; installing a water-swelling water stop strip in a U-shaped groove, and pasting foam plastic boards on the wall end faces of the frame bridge wall body and the edge angle wall repairing wall body located on the two sides of the water-swelling water stop strip; and constructing the retaining wall to manufacture the water seepage prevention system of the settlement joint between the frame bridge and the retaining wall. The method has the following advantages: the U-shaped groove is formed by the reserved wood plate joint strip, so that the efficiency is improved,and the depth, straightness and engineering quality of the groove can be ensured; the foam plastic boards can ensure the width of the settlement joint; the water-swelling water stop strip, the frame bridge and the retaining wall form the complete water seepage prevention closed system, so the water seepage prevention effect of the settlement joint is ensured; and the possibility that water leakageaffects the attractiveness of the wall body and repairing affects traffic operation is effectively reduced.
