The invention discloses a riverway retaining wall structure convenient for seepage prevention, and relates to the technical field of riverway protection. The structure comprises a plurality of walls,a plurality of opposite-pull water stop pieces are connected between steel forms on the sides close to water and the sides close to soil of the walls, and the opposite-pull water stop pieces comprisewater stop sections and detachably-connected fixed sections located at the two ends of the water stop sections, wherein the water stop sections are located in the walls, and the fixed sections are located on the sides, away from the walls, of the steel forms on the sides close to water and the sides close to soil. The structure solves the problem that existing retaining walls are prone to cause river water seepage and then roadbeds of roads along rivers are damaged is solved, and has the effects that river water seeps into the sides close to soil of the retaining walls through the retaining walls, and then the damage, to the roadbeds of the roads along the rivers, caused by water seepage of the retaining walls is reduced.
