Dismantling method of bridge lower supporting structure
The invention discloses a dismantling method of a bridge lower supporting structure. The lower supporting structure comprises a bridge pier, a bearing platform and a pile foundation, and the lower endpart of the pile foundation is arranged in water. The dismantling method comprises the following main steps: step 1, determining horizontal and vertical cutting positions of the bridge pier; step 2,cutting the pier into blocks; step 3, carrying out bearing platform segmentation; step 4, determining the elevation of a pile foundation cutting line; step 5, cutting the pile foundation through a cutting machine, a vertical pipe, fixing hoops and the like; and step 6, hoisting the pile foundation and part of the bearing platform connected to the pile foundation away from the water surface. Through vertical equal cutting of the pier and vertical cutting of the horizontal plane, hoisting is facilitated; and the pile foundation is subjected to underwater cutting, the vertical pipe fixed throughan upper fixing hoop and a lower fixing hoop is connected with a rope saw in a penetrating mode in the cutting process, the cutting accuracy of the rope saw is guaranteed, trial cutting is conducted before cutting, and the construction safety is further guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种桥梁下部支撑结构的拆除方法,其中,下部支撑结构包含桥墩、承台和桩基,桩基下端部设置在水中,主要步骤如下:步骤一、确定桥墩的水平和竖向切割位置;步骤二、对桥墩进行分块切割;步骤三、进行承台分割;步骤四、确定桩基切割线标高;步骤五、通过切割机、竖管和固定箍等进行切割桩基上;步骤六、把桩基和桩基上连接的部分承台吊离水面上。本发明通过对桥墩的竖向等分切割和水平面的竖向切割,便于吊装;对桩基进行水下切割,在切割过程中通过上下两个固定箍固定的竖管进行穿接绳锯,保证了绳锯切割的准确性,且在切割前试切割,进一步确保了施工的安全性。
