The cross beam is oval, the long axis direction directly faces the collisionworking surface, the anti-bending and anti-collision performance of the section can be exerted to the greatest extent, four upper and lower rows formed in the short axis direction are suitable for unhindered viewing of passengers in cars and pedestrians, the beam column type structure can obviously reduce the wind load area and reduce the steel consumption, a built-in airflow fan set is matched with a built-in wind power generation centralized controller, airflow flowing driven by passing vehicles and natural wind are used to store electricity for an indicator corner lamp to use, and the warning protection effect is achieved.
