The invention relates to an automatic blocking, filtering and desilting system for marine organisms in a nuclear power water taking open channel. Chain wheel assemblies are mounted on the wall surfaces on the two sides of the open channel; the chain wheel assemblies are provided with independent power sources A; all chain wheels in the chain wheel assemblies are in meshed transmission through chains; a filter screen is connected between the chains on the two sides; the power sources A of the chain wheel assemblies on the two sides work synchronously; the filter screen is driven to move throughthe chains; the seawater inlet face of the filter screen is the front face; a cleaning device mounted between the wall surfaces on the two sides of the open channel is arranged on the movement trackof the filter screen; the cleaning device is opposite to the front face of the filter screen; the cleaning device is provided with a scraper blade for scraping off sundries on the filter screen; the scraper blade is driven by a power source B to reciprocate; a sundry collecting pool is arranged on the outer side of the wall surface of the open channel; and the sundries scraped off by the scraper blade are discharged into the sundry collecting pool through a chute A mounted on the wall surface. According to the system, the filter screen is adopted for filtering the organisms in seawater, and then the cleaning device and a flushing device are matched, so that cleaning is simple, and blockage of the filter screen is avoided.
本发明涉及一种核电取水明渠海生物自动化拦滤清淤系统,明渠两侧的墙面上均安装有链轮总成,链轮总成具有独立的动力源A,链轮总成中的各链轮之间通过链条啮合传动,两侧链条之间连接有滤网,两侧链轮总成的动力源A同步工作,通过链条带动滤网运动;滤网的海水进水一面为正面,在滤网运动轨迹上设有安装于明渠两侧墙面之间的清理装置,清理装置与滤网的正面相对设置,清理装置具有刮掉滤网上杂物的刮板,刮板通过动力源B驱动往复运动,明渠墙面外侧设有杂物收集池,刮板刮掉的杂物经墙面上安装的溜槽A排至杂物收集池中。本发明采用滤网过滤海水里的生物,再配合清理装置和冲洗装置,清理简单,避免了滤网的堵塞。
