The processing method is characterized by comprising a pile side friction force part and a pile end bearing force part, wherein pile length is reduced to the greatest extent by utilizing a way of increasing a pile diameter of a non-karst-cave stratum area and increasing a surface area to improve pile side frictionforce, so that a pile end is guaranteed to be positioned above a large karst cave, and therefore, the problem of a conventional large karst cave processing method for a bridge pile foundation is solved, construction investment is reduced, construction progress is guaranteed, complex process and uncertainty of constructing the pile foundation in the karst cave are avoided, and pile side friction resistance guarantees maximum vertical force in an operation process.
